Janathon, Day 3

Today I did Shred Level 1, with 5 lb weights, and did an hour of yoga.

Janathon's total: yoga 3/3, running 1/3, Shred 1/3...yes that means I've done dual workouts 2/3 days. Woot woot me!

Also, as part of Janathon, you're supposed to blog every day. This counts.

I can barely walk after doing Shred...that woman is a beast. On a side note, I find level one way more challenging than level two.

Agreed. Level 3 is my favorite (I'm crazy), but I find Level 2 the easiest. My arse is soooo sore today from it. It's awesome.
